Appetizers & Dips, Recipes

cheesy spinach artichoke dip

I just had to re-up this recipe on the blog as it’s one of my favorites to make, eat, and share – and tis perfect for the holidays! My great pal Justin showed me this recipe when we were in college, so that means I’ve been making this for 15 years – it really IS that good. My fam also asks me to bring it every year to Christmas, so it’s a crowd-pleaser too! I’ve tweaked it over the years, and I think I’ve got it just perfect. I can’t wait to dig in on Christmas day!

Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese
6 oz shredded parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups packed chopped fresh spinach
1/3 cup sour cream
1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
blue tortilla chips for serving

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Add all the ingredients into a round or 8 x 8 glass baking dish and pop into the oven. Bake for 40 minutes, stirring twice to mix the ingredients well, once the cheeses are melted. Remove from the oven and serve while gooey and warm with tortilla chips or crackers. Hope you give this one a try! 😀 Happy Holidays y’all!
