Hi friends! I wanted to create this special collection of recipes that showcased my husband Dave’s pretty awesome grilling and smoking talents. Every meal he makes on the grill or in the smoker just seems to be better than the last – which seems near impossible given how dang good it all is!

His set up is currently a Akorn Kamado Charcoal Grill for charcoal grilling and small batch smoking. Then when it’s time to smoke a whole pig or my often-requested 6 racks of ribs, he uses his Offset Barrel Smoker that he tricked out with some various DIY up-grades.
